Ready, Steady, Go!!!

For those of you tasked with organising an event this year whether Hen/Stag or even Birthday, the key thing to remember is to allow enough time!

Firstly we mean time to arrange and book any third party providers like ourselves. These type of events get booked up very early on in the year. The busiest months are from Spring through to late summer and most events take place over a long weekend from Friday to Monday. This really limits availability.

Secondly, don't try and fit too much into the time you have. Allow for things to over run and be aware that some of the group might want a breather before moving onto the next event. It's great to get the best from your bookings and the last thing you want to do is have to rush through things to keep them on track. Sometimes less really is more.

We always like to have really open conversations with our customers at the point of booking. We understand every group is different and we like to manage expectations of the event. We are always happy to answer any questions and tailor an event to your requirements.
